After an item is sent to the delivery company, the delivery company is responsible for the wellbeing of the item. KC Powertrain System Limited is not responsible for any damage to an item caused during its transit. This transit includes international and domestic destinations.

KC Powertrain System Limited allows the provision of tracking details for any item purchased.

In case of the delivery company experiencing difficulties finding the delivery address(1),  or any errors done by the courier during the process of the delivery (2), or the buyer providing an incomplete or incorrect delivery address (3),  KC Powertrain System Ltd is not responsible for delays in delivery of an item to the buyer. These reasons may include one of them, but it is not limited to.

It is your, as the buyer’s, responsibility to inform KC Powertrain System Limited of an order not being delivered within the stated timeframe.

PAYMENT AND PRICING 

In case of incorrect pricing on the website, KC Powertrain System Limited will issue a full refund to you, as the buyer, and there will be no alternative solution unless stated otherwise.

KC Powertrain System Limited reserves the right to decline any order made by you before the item is delivered to the delivery company.

Orders will not be processed by KC Powertrain System Limited until you pay in full for the purchased item.

You, as the buyer, accept to payment of any relevant VAT costs at the time of purchase, and the company is not responsible for any changes in VAT made during the transaction.

In the event of a payment being withdrawn by you after shipping of a purchased item, KC Powertrain System Limited will seek to recover the items or the equivalent monetary value of the items plus any charges incurred.

Any advertised offers or promotions by us, as KC Powertrain System Limited is not related to any other discount or offer unless stated otherwise.

Unless stated otherwise, all promotions’ deadlines are final

By using a credit/debit card to pay for an order, you confirm that you are the authorized owner and user of the card.

WARRANTY AND REFUNDS 

KC Powertrain System Limited provides a one-year warranty for any items purchased by you, as the buyer, from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise. The type of the product may change the duration of the warranty.KC Powertrain System Limited does not accept returns of any item outside of the timeframe stated at the time of purchase.

KC Powertrain System Limited has products that need to be installed by expert technicians of the KC Powertrain System Limited. If you do not accept to receive this service for a fee, KC Powertrain System is not responsible for the problems experienced with the product after installation.

If any seals are broken or units tampered with warranty will be invalid.

All warranty works must be processed by KC Powertrain System Limited. Otherwise, the warranty will be invalid.

KC Powertrain System Limited is not liable for any consequential costs such as installation of products, removing and refit of products, workshop charges, recovery, vehicle hire charges, etc.

All units returned under warranty will be fully tested by our workshop engineers. If the unit is deemed to be non-defective, testing fees may be charged to you as the buyer.

All items must be sent to KC Powertrain System Limited’s returns address. It is your responsibility to ensure the safe transit of all returned items.

You, as the buyer, are responsible for shipping charges for products returned under warranty. Products for which shipping has not been paid will not be accepted by the KC Powertrain System Limited return address.

All returned items must be sent with the relevant paperwork. Due to a lack of relevant paperwork, your product may be refused from KC Powertrain System Limited. 

All old units must be received by KC Powertrain System Limited within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund, and the items must be in the same conditions as when you first receive the items.

If accepted by both parties that an item sent by KC Powertrain System Limited is faulty,  KC Powertrain System Limited accepts to refund, either partially or fully, you, as the buyer via the payment method you used. 

All returned items will be examined and tested by our technicians to decide the condition of the item(s). It is at KC Powertrain System Limited’s discretion whether a faulty item is returned to the Buyer and you, as the buyer will be notified of this decision.

GUARANTEE

KC Powertrain System Limited guarantees that all products sold are as advertised and free from defects and faults, at least during the applicable warranty period. This guarantee will be invalid if errors or defects are caused by the buyer’s use of the product in violation of our instructions or any misuse of the product.

You are responsible to report any suspected concerns of faults, damages, or defects on any product purchased from KC Powertrain System Limited quickly.

KC Powertrain System Limited is not liable for any costs due to a faulty or defective item.
